Barclay Prime Chef Wins Prestigious Award

Barclay Prime chef Jim LoCascio won a National Beefbacker Award this morning from the National Cattleman's Beef Association at its convention in San Antonio, TX. The award was for independent restaurant innovator of the year. Chef LoCascio is the first chef in Pennsylvania and Barclay Prime is the first restaurant in Pennsylvania to ever win this award.
